Richard K. Tome, 94, of Hilo, died July 18 at Hilo Medical Center. Born in Waimea, he retired as an assistant manager for Food Fair. Private services held. Survived by son, Leslie (Nan) Tome of Hilo; brother, Ken (Nancy) Tome of Honolulu; sisters, Mitsue (Harold) Tome of California, Yoshiko Maeshiro of Honolulu, Harue (Tom) Tamanaha of California; and numerous nieces and nephews.
